The Scotsman did a lovely write up of the house makeover project in yesterday’s paper. It was a page feature ‘Good as new – but even the paint is recycled’ that’s available for viewing online. It gives a great breakdown of the cost-savings and environmental benefits of reuse and recycling. The makeover house was around £1,500 cheaper than buying everything new, and that was comparing to low-end new. Go check it out.
